About this space
“Love That Stayed, Forever Young “ is a space for honest grief.
Not the polished version.
Not the version filled with easy answers or forced meaning.
Just the truth of what it means to continue living after profound loss.
This podcast was born through the loss of my son, and through the love that continues to remain even in his physical absence. It is a space shaped by presence, reflection, memory, self-protection, and the understanding that grief changes us forever.
Here, we do not chase answers that cost us our peace.
Instead, we explore what it means to stay present through grief. To carry love forward. To honour memory without losing ourselves inside pain.
Through personal reflections, conversations with others, cultural perspectives, spirituality, and lived experience, this space gently explores the many ways people navigate loss, connection, and healing.
There is no expectation to have the right words here.
No pressure to move on.
No requirement to grieve a certain way.
Only honesty. Presence. And the reminder that “love remains, even here.”
